The fashion of Paris has world fame. Many French fashion designers like Pierre Cardin, Chanel, Christian Lacroix, Christian Dior, or Yves Saint Laurent set the trend.
Important fashion companies around the world are attracted by the French capital. They moved from their home countries to improve their business like Kenzo from Japan, or Versace and Armani from Italy.
All big shopping centres in Paris have the latest works of the most important fashion designers. This seems to be a true paradise for fashion-conscious women, who are also able to visit one of the famous fashion shows.

There is also a museum of fashion in Paris. It’s called “Musée de la Mode et du Costume” and located in the Avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie.
