Pont Alexandre III is a magnificent bridge over the Seine river. Its foundation stone was set by the Russian Tsar Alexander III in 1896.

The bridge is the connection between the Grand Palais and the Esplanade de Invalides.
Some parts of Pont Alexandre III are made of gold. The best time to visit the bridge is when the sun is shining. Then the golden parts of the impressive bridge are shining already from a distance.
